Welcome to FLOW STORE (flowstorejo.com). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before browsing our website or placing an order. By accessing our platform or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by the policies outlined below.
1. Definitions
The Store: Refers to FLOW STORE, an independent online clothing store based in Jordan specializing in curated vintage archive pieces, modern streetwear, and elevated everyday knitwear.
The Website: Refers to flowstorejo.com and all official social media channels operated by FLOW STORE.
The Customer / User: Refers to any individual browsing the website or placing an order through our online store.
The Products: Refers to all garments, outerwear, knitwear, hoodies, jerseys, and accessories listed for sale on the website.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website and submitting an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, including the distinct nature of both our brand-new contemporary garments and our one-of-one archival vintage pieces.
3. Product Nature, Vintage Condition & Display
Contemporary & Streetwear Items: All non-vintage items (including our knitwear, half-zips, coats, and everyday essentials) are brand new and inspected for quality prior to shipping.
Vintage Archive (1-of-1) Items: Items labeled under our Vintage Archive or 1-of-1 collection are authentic archival or pre-owned garments selected for their rarity and character. Natural signs of age, mild fading, or vintage patina are inherent to archival clothing and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Color Accuracy: We photograph our products accurately; however, slight variations in color tones may occur due to individual screen brightness and display settings on mobile phones or monitors.
4. Pricing & Payment Methods
All prices listed on FLOW STORE are in Jordanian Dinars (JOD). Prices are subject to update at any time without prior notice, though any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. We support Cash on Delivery (COD) across Jordan, as well as approved local electronic payment methods when arranged with customer support.
5. Order Accuracy & Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details at checkout (Full Name, active Jordanian Phone Number, Governorate, and detailed Street Address). FLOW STORE is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from incorrect contact information or unanswered courier calls.
6. Use of the Website & Intellectual Property
Users agree to use the website for lawful personal shopping purposes only. All website content—including logos, product photography, text, graphics, and visual design—is the exclusive property of FLOW STORE and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.
7. Privacy Policy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Customer names, phone numbers, and delivery addresses collected during checkout are used strictly to process orders, provide customer support, and coordinate delivery with our local courier partners. We never sell or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties.
8. Governing Law & Amendments
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. FLOW STORE reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
PART 02 / SHIPPING & RETURNS
Return, Exchange & Shipping Policy
At FLOW STORE, every garment is carefully inspected before dispatch. To ensure a fair and smooth shopping experience for all customers across Jordan, please review our shipping, inspection, and exchange guidelines below.
1. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers have the right to inspect their order upon arrival in the presence of the delivery courier.
• If the item arrives with a clear defect or does not match the ordered product on the invoice, you may refuse the order immediately at no cost.
• If you choose not to accept the order at the door due to personal preference or sizing (where the item matches your order and has no defect), standard courier delivery fees will apply.
2. Exchange & Return Eligibility (48-Hour Window)
If you wish to request an exchange after receiving your order, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, the garment must meet all of the following conditions:
• It must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• It must be free of any stains, odors, or perfumes.
• All original tags and packaging must remain intact and attached.
3. Policy on 1-of-1 Vintage Archive Pieces
Because our 1-of-1 Vintage Archive items are unique single-stock pieces, exact size replacements for the same vintage garment are not available. However, if a vintage piece does not fit as expected, you may exchange it within 48 hours for any other available item on our store of equal value (or receive store credit), provided it remains in its exact original condition. We strongly encourage messaging us on WhatsApp for exact chest and length measurements prior to ordering.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or had their tags removed.
• Requests submitted more than 48 hours after the delivery timestamp.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or special clearance promotions (unless defective upon arrival).
5. Wrong or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item or a garment with an undisclosed damage:
• Please notify us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving the package and include clear photos of the item and order invoice.
• FLOW STORE will cover 100% of the return and replacement shipping costs and resolve the issue immediately.
6. Shipping Fees & Order Cancellation
Delivery Timeframe: Orders are processed promptly and delivered across Amman and all governorates in Jordan within 1 to 3 business days.
Exchange Delivery Fees: For standard size or style exchanges requested by the customer (not resulting from a store error), the customer covers the courier delivery fee for the exchange trip.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are handed over to the courier company. Once an order is out for delivery, standard courier delivery charges apply.
